Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online marketing strategy across multiple platforms. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, optimizing digital sales channels, and increasing customer engagement through SEO, social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site traffic.
- Perform keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO audits.
- Track and report SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Website Management:
- Maintain and update company website to ensure functionality, content accuracy, and optimization.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop campaigns to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor social trends and customer feedback, adjusting strategy to maximize impact.
- E-Commerce & Marketplace Marketing (Amazon & Shopify):
- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and sales.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns on Amazon and Shopify.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs across channels including website, SEO, social media, and e-commerce.
- Prepare monthly reports to provide insights and guide strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer packaged goods, cannabis, or wellness industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and keyword tools.
- Experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, data-driven, and highly organized.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Graphic design or basic video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of cannabis and terpene industries.

Pay: $44,441.34-$61,285.36 per year
