We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Analytics Specialist (6 Month Contract). In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive insights and optimize digital performance. Conducting multivariate testing to drive optimization and improve conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs), implement measurement strategies, and build Marketing Technology solutions.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned with business goals
- Use Adobe or Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on digital performance across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct a/b/n testing and build personalized content to improve conversion rates and UX
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the design and build of Marketing technology data solutions
- Work within JIRA to manage analytics tasks and track progress
- Document analytics implementations, insights, and processes using Confluence
- Partner with developers and implementation teams to ensure accurate tagging and data collection
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization through data analysis
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics building data driven marketing technology solutions
- Proficiency in Adobe or Google Analytics (Segments, Calculated Metrics, dashboarding)
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager other)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing data & metrics, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence in an agile environment
- Multivariate testing experience is an asset (Adobe Target pref.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is an asset
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills strongly preferred
- Organization and time management skills
