Position Title: Dessert Cart Attendant
Department: Premium Services – Suites
Reports To: Suites Supervisor / Assistant Suites Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned Premium Suite sections with a mobile dessert cart.
- Describe and promote dessert offerings to guests in an engaging and informative manner.
- Serve dessert items to guests while ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the dessert cart throughout service.
- Restock cart from pantry inventory, communicating shortages or supply needs as required.
- Handle guest questions or concerns in a professional and proactive manner.
- Communicate with Suite Supervisors and Pantry Coordinators to ensure consistent service.
- Comply with all food safety, health, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing personality with ability to interact with VIP guests.
- Smart Serve certification (required).
- Ability to handle cashless POS transactions (if applicable).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with event schedules.
Working Conditions
- Mobile service position requiring frequent walking and maneuvering through tight spaces.
- Event-based schedule; must be able to work late nights and weekends.
- Interaction with high-profile guests and heightened customer expectations.
- May be exposed to hot/cold foods and kitchen/pantry environments.
Physical Demands
- Ability to push/pull a loaded dessert cart (up to 75 lbs) across carpeted and hard flooring.
- Frequent standing, walking, and stair navigation throughout shift.
- Occasional lifting of items (e.g., trays, bins, restock supplies) up to 25 lbs.
- Repetitive reaching, bending, and handling dessert items with precision.
