Summary
We are seeking an experience Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a world class patient experience and enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day to day operations of clinic
- Collaborate with dental professionals to assess needs and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train staff on new technologies and systems.
- Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency through technology.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team.
- Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in dental
- Customer service focused
- Tracker experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$700,000.00 per year
