We are a progressive and dynamic orthodontic practice that takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. We’re currently looking to grow our team and are in search of an amazing Receptionist who shares our passion for people and creating confident smiles.
Your #1 Role? Answering Phones with a Smile!
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients – whether they’re calling to book an appointment, ask a question, or get guidance on their treatment. Your voice sets the tone for their entire Shoreline experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and be comfortable working independently when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in a specialty practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, helpful support to patients
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently and accurately
- Confirming appointments and communicating important visit details
- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate patient records
- Collaborating with our amazing team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:
- A warm, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous dental or medical office experience is a bonus – but not required
