Job Overview :
We are looking for a compassionate, friendly, caring and experienced person to become a key member of our brand-new dental practice located in this beautiful beach community of Ottawa.
As one of the new faces at our office you will play a vital role in both patient interactions and the day-to-day business operations of our clinic. This start-up practice is a recent home-to-office renovation with all new dental equipment currently being installed. There is still a lot of work to do behind the scenes before going live with patients. Our goal is to start pre-booking patients now with a start date of no later than November 3rd.
What you will bring to the team:
Prior Dental office Experience (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties
- Office admin, dental assisting, sterile bay, ordering supplies, etc
- During this initial growth phase of the office, the position will be fluid, changing from day to day and from week to week until we all find our sweet spots
Key Skill Sets:
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (CDA or equivalent certification required)
- Harp certified
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis
- Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Working knowledge of dental insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
