Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure a smooth patient experience.
Duties
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Hand instruments to the dentist during procedures
- Keep patients' mouths dry by using suction hoses or other equipment
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care
- Certification in Dental Assisting (Diploma)
- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a Dental ASSIATANT
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Orthodontics procedures
- Proficiency in ABELDENT software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.80-$25.00 per hour

- Dental Assisting: 2 years (preferred)
