The Opportunity
We are excited to be offering a position as a Dental Administrator in our clinic. As part of the administration team, you are the face of our practice and the first point of contact for our patients. The successful candidate will have a passion for building patient relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and update their personal and medical information
- Manage the day-to-day clinical schedule of the dental practice
- Treatment Coordination
- Insurance Breakdowns
- Helping with Day Ends/Month Ends
- AR
- Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries, and work toward improving the overall patient
- experience
- Ensure each patient understands their treatment options, insurance coverage and benefits plans
- Collect and process payments
- Other day-today duties as assigned
Position Schedule
Monday:8-4pm
Tuesday: 9-5pm
Wednesday: 9-5pm
Thursday: 11-7pm
Friday: 8:00-2pm or 4pm (once a month)
Saturday: 9-4pm (2 Saturdays a Month/Always closed on long weekends)
What We’re Looking For From You
1-2+ years of previous dental administrative experience
Outstanding communication skills
Positive attitude and is professional with patients and staff
Highly organized and reliable
RecallMax and Tracker experience are an asset but not necessary, training can be provided on the job
