Job Description:
We have immediate openings for part-time, full-time, permanent drivers.
This position requires your own vehicle. Packages are small, a sedan is suitable.
Pickup warehouse is in Richmond. Deliveries are in the GVA. Typical km/day is 150. 830am start time, 8-10-hour days. Monday through Saturday.
PAY IS BIWEEKLY
Broker rates available.
Drivers can take as many packages as they can safely handle. We have drivers who can deliver 250 a day.
Requirements:
Safety Vest (Class 2), and Hard-toes Shoes/boots.
Winter / All-Weather Tires (Not All-Season)
Must provide a vehicle for the work.
Can safely get in and out of your vehicle multiple times a day.
Able to lift 40+ lbs multiple times per day.
Have a smartphone with a data plan.
Relatively clean driver abstract.
No DUI/DWI or suspensions within five previous years.
Must submit a criminal background check.
Excellent English communication skills required.
1+ year of courier experience in the GVA.
Customer service background.
A can-do attitude.
Time management skills.
