ESL Group is currently looking to fill a part-time position for an Admin/Data Entry Clerk role.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to; data entry, filing, email correspondence, phone communication and spreadsheets
- Providing excellent support to office staff during busy times
- AR billing support
- Office Organization
- Accounting duties as directed
- Monitor and maintain/purchase inventory of general office supplies
- Various duties as directed by office manager
Experience/Personal Attributes:
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting
- Experience working in a multi company setting
- General bookkeeping knowledge an asset
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and databases
- Sage 100 knowledge an asset but not required
- Team Player. Willing to help where needed to get the job done
- Self-starter. Able to work independently
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00/Hr. depending on experience
