Data Economics Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Analyze in-game economies, player behavior, and key performance indicators to uncover opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
Build models to forecast the impact of gameplay changes on user engagement, retention, and revenue.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve cost-efficiency, and optimize return.
Monitor product and campaign performance, recommending and initiating strategic changes based on data.
Execute hands-on configuration of internal systems to support player segmentation, campaigns, and feature deployments.
Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate user acquisition, monetization, and engagement strategies.
Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform product development and business direction.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis or system strategy roles, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets to derive insights.
Excellent communication—you make data approachable and decisions easier to make.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and optimizing performance.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Bonus points if you genuinely love games and understand how player behavior and in-game systems connect.
