Responsibilities
- Ensure the project is delivered according to organizational and security objectives
- Develop the project plan and validate resource planning
- Coordinate contributions from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and change requests
- Oversee deliverables, interdependencies, and transition to operations
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and cybersecurity experts
- Prepare and present project updates to governance committees
- Ensure compliance with security standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Document project activities and maintain traceability of decisions
Requirements
- University degree in IT, management, or a related field
- 8 to 15 years of experience in project management, including cybersecurity projects
- Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST
- Experience in matrixed environments and stakeholder coordination
- Project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM or equivalent) is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Availability to work in Montreal, Valcourt, Sherbrooke, or Brossard
