Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn
- Report to your Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger yourself or another worker
- Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe
- Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply
- Report to Customer and Product Support Manager
Job Specific Duties:
Order Entry -
- Enter customer orders from emails, faxes, access through portals
- Send pick slips to warehouse for in stock orders to be processed
- Edit and maintain the orders as requested by customers/sales team
- Confirm supporting documentation (pricing, discounts, special items) with Account Clerk – Sales Support
- Daily update for customer portals for ESD’s and shipments in transit
Customer & Product Support –
- Respond to e mails requesting stock checks, shipment status, pricing etc
- Assist in arranging call tags/returns for CPS team
- Data collection and reporting
