At Brij Professional Corporation, the Client Intake and Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving customer success. Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Onboarding:
- Monitor and respond to prospects, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed.
- Draft, customize, and release client proposals tailored to individual needs.
- Create and send personalized video overviews of proposals to enhance client understanding and engagement.
- Confirm timelines for client requests, ensuring clear communication and adding appropriate response buffers.
Client Communication & Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Draft email responses to clients, maintaining a professional and client-focused tone.
- Conduct regular check-ins with priority clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Make follow-up calls to clients to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
Client Success & Reporting:
- Track and report on client leads to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up on client leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Share and implement best practices for the proposal management system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience (2+ years) in client service, intake coordination, or onboarding roles, ideally within a professional services or financial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing client data and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, digital onboarding tools, and cloud-based documentation systems.
- Proven ability to follow and improve established workflows and processes.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Understanding of tax or accounting principles is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
