What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with people: You’ll be the first friendly voice for new leads, gathering info and booking consultations for our sales team.
- Making the process seamless: Love details? You’ll ensure financing pre-qualifications and approvals move smoothly so clients feel supported and cared for.
- Keeping everyone aligned: You’ll liaise with our sales, design, and project teams to ensure clients never feel lost in the shuffle.
- Owning the follow-up: You’ll maintain our CRM, track client interactions, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Celebrating success: You’ll help close out projects, collect referrals, and proudly share in those 5-star reviews.
