We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong sales leadership and customer success experience to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in expanding our market share and building a sustainable sales engine.
Position Overview:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. A deep understanding of the Canadian food service market and strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience from initial engagement to long-term retention
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate customers and strategic partners
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team to maximize team potential
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve products and services
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy
- Provide regular sales reports and customer insights to senior leadership and propose actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license in British Columbia and the flexibility to visit customers and participate in local promotional activities
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (valid work permit required)
- Familiarity with the local healthy meal and light food industry in Canada; experience in B2B/B2C sales or customer success is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to sales management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is highly preferred
Working Hours:
Flexible schedule based on performance and goals. Includes on-site work and customer visits as needed.
Compensation and Incentives:
- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Performance Bonuses: Up to CAD $10,000 based on achievement of key KPIs:
- Number of customer sign-ups
- Customer retention rate
- Sales and market expansion goals
