Job Description:
Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Worker (MON-FRI 8-5)
· First point of contact for counter sales customers and battery pickups,
-Must possess an upbeat, friendly and professional demeanor
Responsibilities Of The Job:
· Accountable for placing orders accurately and daily invoicing.
· Advise customers the correct product for the right application. (Product training provided)
· Call on existing or potential sales customers
· Responsible for maintaining batteries, charging, filling
· Maintaining upkeep in warehouse, scrap, floors, garbage, etc.
· Responsible for picking/labeling daily batteries, as well as daily deliveries
·Responsible for organization of skids in warehouse
· Various daily tasks shared amongst coworkers
· Inventory management, rotation
Job Requirements:
· Problem solving skills
· Basic-Intermediate computer skills
·General knowledge of warehouse duties
· Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs
·Must be able to Multi-task (multiple phone lines, computers etc.)
