As a growing business, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to be the heart of our sales department—the first point of contact for customers. What You’ll Do
- Prepare quotes and process orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to guide customers effectively
- Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments with a flexible and team-oriented mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- A friendly, outgoing personality that puts customers first
- Ability to adapt and assist in various administrative tasks
- Previous experience in the graphic and print industry (highly preferred)

Competitive Starting Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
