Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesperson/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you point of contawill be a point of cantact for our customers, providing service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for helping others. Production work also required to help out the team, also to better understand the workings of the nursery
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order processing
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service.
- Growing input and analyzation
- work with product in production team
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
