Duties

Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Pay: $19.55-$21.55 per hour
