We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for acting as brand ambassadors and developing strong customer relationships for this newly launched division.

The Role
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, managing phone and email communications, preparing documents, and logging incoming inquiries
- Accurately record and maintain customer, inquiry, and sales information in the company's CRM system
- Compose, format, and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence in a timely manner. Track deadlines and maintain accurate records, including recipient and participant lists
- Process orders, forms, applications, and client requests efficiently
- Set up, organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Support office administration functions as required and assist day-to-day improvements of processes and customer experience
Customer Service & Communication:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services accordingly
- Inform clients about new product releases, policy changes, and service updates using CRM system for outreach and tracking
- Quickly identify and solve problems to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and collaborate with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Offer feedback to management to support continuous improvement of business processes and customer experience
Seminar & Event Preparation:
- Assist in the planning and preparation of in-person and virtual seminars, including coordination of materials, registration tracking, and communication with registrants
- Prepare event information packages and presentation handouts
- Support setup and logistics to ensure events run smoothly and assist with follow-up communications post-event
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software.
- Experience with CRM system
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication - both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Organizational and time management skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
