Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Licensed Customer Service Insurance Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Refer customer product inquiries to appropriate Sales team member.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer concerns.
- Utilize techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet monthly and annual goals.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
- OTL License or ability to acquire in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to promote products or services effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
