Scenic Caves Sales and Service Staff
All Scenic Caves Sales and Service Staff will report to the Scenic Caves Manager and Supervisors.
Job Overview
In this role you will be responsible for driving revenues through sales and delivering exceptional service to all of SCNA’s guests. Your duties are listed below. Over the course of a successful day you will ensure that all assigned tasks are done in a timely manner and that you have delivered customer’s experiences that are beyond what our guests had expected in a friendly and outgoing way. Generating revenues and delivering exceptional customer service are the top priorities for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Sell daily park entrance and up-sell other activities.
Sell retail product and sell and prepare food and beverage items as assigned, through our multiple locations.
Opening and closing tasks as required, on a daily basis.
Some experience with cash registers and POS is preferred but training is provided
Promptly and pleasantly answer phone calls and guest questions.
Help to manage the inventory and merchandising so that our gift shop and food venues are always set up properly.
Always engage with our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Confident and organized person who enjoys working with a team and is energized by working in a fast pace environment that requires multi-tasking.
Personable, positive, upbeat, responsible, dependable and trustworthy.
Mature person who is looking to work part time or full time.
Wage is negotiable depending on experience
This Role is Seasonal until the end of October

Pay: From $17.50 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
