Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction after service interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with upselling techniques is desirable.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $34,606.16-$60,668.04 per year
