Overview
Operating since 1952 in London, Orr Cleaners is a full-service dry cleaners and laundry. We clean everything from shirts to wedding gowns to duvets for residential and commercial clients. Our aim is to offer customer satisfaction and convenience, which is why we offer 3 locations, as well as a home and office pick-up and delivery service. This position is weekdays 3pm-6pm and occasional Saturdays 9am-2pm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and answer questions about our dry cleaning and laundry services
- Receive and tag incoming dry cleaning orders with accuracy and care
- Enter orders into our POS system with detailed notes and instructions
- Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and welcoming
- Provide top-notch service that keeps our customers coming back

- Comfortable using computers and POS systems (training provided)
