**Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English , possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
**Duties:**
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with sales inquiries and process orders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry and CRM software is beneficial
