We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep lounge area clean and well stocked
Skills
- Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
