Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day operations of deposit services, member relations, treasury management, general office administration, and other assigned tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong operational knowledge, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and member satisfaction. The role also includes preparing Board and Committee packages, including meeting minutes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all teller-related transactions and services
- Handle vault operations, treasury management, cash reconciliation, and support monthly regulatory reporting
- Assist the Deposit Manager with administrative and operational duties
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken
- Korean language proficiency (speaking and writing) is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), accounting software, and web-based tools
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial products
- Reliable, punctual, cooperative, and team-oriented
- University or college degree
Working Hour
- Monday to Thursday – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
