What You Will Do:
You are experienced in understanding customers’ needs and desires and can help them with their technical and general inquires. You will help customers understand the products and services being offered.
You answer inquiries by phone, e-mail, web chat, or social media, or even local customers. You can handle concerns, complaints, or other issues efficiently and effectively to maintain our 5-Star customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representatives, you also help promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services.
Success in this position requires someone who is approachable, passionate about innovative and sustainable mobility solutions, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Day-to-Day Activities:
· Learn to identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service (by learning about the products inside and out)
· Learn our Ticketing System to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries
· Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication while following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Respond to telephone, email, chats, and website contact form inquiries from existing customers, prospective customers, and internal teams
· Resolve customer service or warranty requests by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management by providing an outstanding customer service
· Obtain technical knowledge of installation and use of innovative mobility systems, such as Electrical Conversion Kits and Ebikes
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
What you Bring:
· Fluent in English and French (preferred), both written and oral
. Previous Customer Service and sales experience in (E-Commerce, Retail) or a Client Service Representative
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· A positive and friendly attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Computer and smartphone literacy for supervising customer ticketing systems (Zoho is a plus)
· A passion for bikes, micro-mobility, tech, and for reducing the environmental impact of the transportation industry
· Possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to high-quality Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
Basic Qualifications:
· 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, in retail, wholesales, and E-Commerce
· A learning mentality and ability to assimilate & retain information quickly
