We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Calgary who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a positive, can-do attitude, and pays close attention to the details that keep things running smoothly.
The day-to-day activities of our Customer Service Representative will include:
- Customer Service Delivery - Greet and assist customers with choosing the right product to meet their needs and providing timeframes in which they can expect to receive their product. Accurately maintain customer information including contact details, addresses and order history. Notify customers of their order status and when orders are ready for delivery or pick up.
- Customer Experience - Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries. Provide product consultation and product recommendation based on needs.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales and Service teams to meet customer requirements. Actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. Experience in a similar commercial setting or data entry experience is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills: Clear, friendly, and professional with customers and others across the organization.
