Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, contributing to a positive customer experience. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.
Typical Day: As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will represent our clients' programs residentially through direct interaction with potential customers. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving program awareness.
POSITION DETAILS: As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:
- Engaging with customers to share exciting campaign information and connect them with products/services
- Processing payments, including credit and debit transactions
- Completing applications and following up with customers
- Finalizing all necessary paperwork
- Attending daily training meetings to sharpen your skills
- Working closely with your team to meet monthly goals
- Promoting client campaigns through direct interaction in residential areas
- Handling general office duties and addressing customer inquiries
- Using Android systems for day-to-day tasks
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
