Key Responsibilities:
· Record, update and maintain customer accounts information.
· Gathering information, investigating, and providing resolution for customer complaints.
· Work across field staff and office administration to provide solutions for customers’ requests.
· Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction;
· Scheduling drivers to specific vehicles and routes as required on a daily basis;
· Complete invoicing, account updates;
· Executing the developed strategies to retain major clients.
· Direct calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
· Have customer service experience.
· Have knowledge of the city and surrounding areas (required).
· Strong English (required).
