Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Central Heating Inc. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating effective communication between clients and our service teams. Located in Canada, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality heating solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Enter new install equipment for warranty
- Entering data into Quickbooks
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are an asset.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic analytical skills.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
