Lucky’s Liquor Store here in beautiful Nanaimo is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Cooler Stocker to join our amazing team! If you’re an individual who excels at customer interactions, inventory management, organization, consider themselves strong and don't mind the cold this could be a great fit! This position is quite physical as it involves unloading multiple skids of product deliveries into neat stacks, organizing items both in cooler as well as bringing product stacks out to store floor. Communicating with Floor Management team on set display locations, sale items and changes to product locations while monitoring inventory levels are also key. As the hours needed for stocking vary due to order sizes, this is a hybrid position allowing hours to be made up during till shifts or assisting customers on floor, etc. Position is for Tuesday - Saturday day shifts. We are looking for someone with some awareness of alcoholic products, customer service/stocking experience with a stable and consistent temperament and background.
Schedules are consistent week by week allowing for a healthy work life balance, staff shirts/hoodies are provided after 4 weeks and we offer great discounts, perks and even full medical and dental benefits for FT staff after 6 months. Breaks are also paid with numerous eateries in Country Club mall to grab a quick lunch from to enjoy in our spacious second floor tasting room for breaktime with fridge, coffee maker, microwave etc for those who like to bring food!

Wage per hour = $19.00/hour for first 90 days then $20+/hour (dependent on experience) with frequent pay increases for good performance.
