Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful insights and improve customer experiences? Join our team this September as a Customer Insights Analyst Co-op, where you’ll help unlock the full potential of our software and services. In this four-month role, you’ll work closely with our Training, Support, and Customer Success teams to produce compelling, data-informed reports that help enhance customer engagement. This role is perfect for a curious, analytical mind eager to make an impact.
Please note: This is a four-month co-op position (September to December), with the possibility of an extension. This opportunity is for current undergraduate students only.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to support the Customer Success team. This includes coordinating and generating data insights, synthesizing themes from engagement and survey data, and using AI to translate findings into actionable customer strategies.
- Contribute to customer presentations, requirement gathering, and design sessions.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Track and report on customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and execute projects.
- Report on findings in customer-facing reports or presentations.
- Support the Training and Support teams as needed.
What We Think Is True About You:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in research, analytics, reporting, or customer support
- Strong data-gathering, analytical, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs
- Naturally curious, with strong critical thinking and resourceful problem-solving abilities
