Key Responsibilities
· Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
· Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
· Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
· Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
· Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
· Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best

· Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
