Summary
We are seeking a motivated CSR/Project Coordinator/Driver to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely communication with clients. The individual also needs to work with team members to create a realistic timeline, follow up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly, and trace project progress in a variety of ways. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Scheduling supplier/vendor pick-ups and client deliveries.
- Forecasting client needs based on historical product acquisitions.
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Ensuring project team adheres to provide timelines and deliverables.
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.
- Communicating plans, actions, risks and issues with key stakeholders.
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project.
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams.
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes.
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the packaging or supply industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word. Familiar with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Car required, as some client visits will be necessary.
- Hard-working, punctual, organized, reliable with a positive and mature attitude.
- An ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Familiar with the Industrial Sector products and services.
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines.
