We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude. This is a full time job with weekend hours required and the option to complete some work remotely. We are looking for bright and talented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The position requires multitasking, so we are looking for candidates with exceptional organizational skills, who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and have the ability to move quickly between tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders through our in-house custom texting software
- Managing and tracking clients' orders using Microsoft Excel and collaborating with the kitchen and operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, developing invoices, processing payments, and keeping inventory
- Creating weekly delivery route
- Updating website with our weekly menu (beginner level, training provided)
- Record customer information accurately and maintain data in an understandable way.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Supporting other team member's and kitchen staff as needed.
- Packaging meals to adhere to clients' preferences, goals, and dietary needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 42 per week
