Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process from concept to execution across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards are met within deadlines.
- Mentor and inspire team members, encouraging professional growth and creativity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the vision clearly and persuasively.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects that demonstrate innovative thinking and design excellence.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
