What You’ll Do:
As a Counter/Warehouse Associate, you’ll be a key part of our operations and customer service team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pick-up
- Assist customers at the counter by answering product inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in both the warehouse and counter areas
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas, taking initiative, and supporting team goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to learn — no electrical industry experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
