You as a Coordinator, Business Assurance & Transformation (CMMS) will:
- Coordinate, plan and execute the implementation of the CMMS for new projects, providing all templates and directions to the software provider in a timely manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand software requirements, developing implementation plans, managing project timelines and resources, coordinating with software vendors, conducting training sessions, and ensuring successful deployment of new software systems.
- Collaborate with teams nationwide to ensure seamless facility operations and minimize service disruptions.
- Analyze and interpret complex project agreements to ensure CMMS compliance with operational and contractual requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and integrate data from various sources to implement effective system solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of updates and improvements, recommending tailored solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee daily CMMS functionality to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. This includes supporting the maintenance of information within the system and optimize the CMMS to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability.
- Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for users at all access levels, offering effective problem-solving solutions.
- Act as a liaison between different teams, communicates project updates, resolves issues that may arise during implementation, and ensures that the software meets the organization's needs and objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison with the CMMS vendor, following up on outstanding deficiencies and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient transition to new software solutions while maximizing the benefits for the organization.
- Create and Design SOP documents to ensure that the CMMS Users have additional support.
- Connect with other areas to understand the processes and support the implementation of the CMMS.
- Provide onsite support and training when requested and needed, whether it be an existing site or a new site
- Create documentation required for new projects and processes implemented within the business stream.
- Make sure every deliverable is submitted at the contractual time when working on the implementation.
- Be available, on call for emergency system issues.
- Update and improve system processes based on site’s need
Is this the right role for you?
- You have 1+ years of CMMS experience

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration degree (equivalent experience is considered)
-
You have 2-4 years of experience in the Facilities Services industry
- You have Intermediate to advance knowledge in HTML and SQL
- You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- You have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google sheet or any other analytic application using Formulas and Visual Basics
- Previous Technical Support Experience
- You have good presenting skills to provide training
- You are self-driven and work well in a macro management environment.
- Relevant experience in project management, IT consulting or similar items.
- You have strong computer skills and are comfortable using MS Windows applications, and financial and maintenance management software.
- You are very meticulous and pay extreme attention to detail.
- You can quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
- You can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to apply various client-specific business processes to individual service request situations.
- You can gather information, accurately assess issues, and assign priorities.
- You have general knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and building/fire code is an asset
- You demonstrate language proficiency (both verbal and written) in English, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Clear and effective communication skills
- This is an in-office role.
