Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Samosa Hand Maker who can prepare and fold samosas by hand with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Only candidates with prior hands-on experience in folding samosas will be considered. Frying or cooking is not required—this role focuses strictly on preparing and folding samosas for later processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll dough and hand-fold samosas with consistent shape and sealing.
- Work with pre-prepared fillings (vegetarian or non-vegetarian).
- Ensure proper sealing and shaping to maintain product quality.
- Meet daily production targets with consistent speed and quality.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
- Handle samosas carefully for freezing or storage after folding.
- Work as part of a kitchen or prep team under supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in samosa folding (required).
- Proven ability to fold large quantities quickly and neatly.
- Good understanding of dough texture and folding techniques.
- High attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Physical ability to stand and work with hands for long periods.
Preferred Candidate:
- Has worked in a commercial kitchen, catering, or food production setup.
- Familiar with different styles of samosas (triangular, cone, cocktail-size, etc.).
- Can start immediately or with short notice.

This position is strictly for experienced samosa folders. If you do not have prior experience folding samosas by hand, please do not apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$17.20 per hour
