Overview
Wing’n It Moncton is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook/Server Floater to join our team in a fast-paced, full-service licensed restaurant. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with experience in both the kitchen and front of house, who takes pride in preparing quality food and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must be a Canadian resident, fluent in English, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and team members. Our goal is to create a welcoming and positive dining experience for every guest—from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities
Back of House (Kitchen):
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill, fryer, and stove following established recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and kitchen cleanliness.
Front of House (Service):
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Mix and serve basic alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Handle payments and POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- English fluency is required.
- Must be a Canadian resident eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen (grill, fryer, stove) is required.
- Food Handler Certification is mandatory.
- Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Bartending knowledge is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to both kitchen and service roles as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.65-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
