Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, cashiering, stocking and maintaining cleanliness.
Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately while providing upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to food handling guidelines and safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and provide support as needed.
- Engage with customers to answer questions about menu items and assist them in making informed choices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Wild Wing restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
