We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are served at the appropriate temperature and quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies .

- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Safe food handlers course
- Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. We close at 7 pm
