Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are served at the appropriate temperature and quality.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies .
• safe food handlers certified .
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Safe food handlers course
• Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. We close at 7 pm

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
