Responsibilities
- Food prep, cooking/preparing breakfast and lunch items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Support the team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to food preparation and cooking.
