Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Western-style dishes
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times
- Support kitchen team during peak hours
- Assist with inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Experience cooking Western cuisine (e.g., American, European)
- Strong kitchen and food safety knowledge
- Team player with good communication skills
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
