Bray’s is hiring: Cook (30-40hr/week)
Bray’s is looking for a cook to join our small, focused kitchen team. We’re a small plates restaurant with a constantly changing menu and a strong focus on seasonal and local ingredients. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow, adapt, and be part of a collaborative crew.
What we’re looking for:
– At least 1 year of kitchen experience
– Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
– Open to Red Seal apprenticeship for the right candidate
– Available to work evenings and weekends (some shifts run until 11pm or midnight)
Pay and perks:
– $20–$22/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities include:
– Executing a rotating menu of small, composed plates
– Prepping and maintaining mise en place for a wide variety of ingredients
– Working clean and staying organized throughout service
– Supporting ordering and inventory when needed
– Maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards
