Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Schedule staff to complete the task as needed. Work closely with project managers to provide clients with top customer service. Must be customer oriented , multi tasker and good time management skills. Computer experience is needed for operating program of Encircle , reports and some data entry. Packing and moving of clients items is the main focus of the supervisor and staff. Coordinate and supervisor cleaning and evaluation of customer contents from fire or water damage . Dress code and company vehicle through the day provided and must be maintained. Management skills greatly needed for this position as well as customer service skills. clean drivers record and criminal record is a must for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals.
- min 3 yrs management experience
- knowledge of MSWord, MS Excel and outlook Encircle experience a benefit.
- strong customer service skills
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all jobs.
- Build relationships with external partners and build customer team skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
- Restore and clean existing content to improve its relevance and performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in content management or a related field is essential.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with IICRC best practices and strategies is preferred.
- Experience using various content management systems (Encircle) is a plus.
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drivers lic and criminal check is a must
