Your future role
As a Content Creation Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for developing content for campaigns, blog posts, the Web, among others. You will also be responsible for executing the marketing team's content and communications plan. More specifically, you will:
- Understand our target audience and objectives in order to align content and customer experience
- Develop creative and relevant content for multiple platforms where we interact with our customers
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure regular publications
- Explore new ways of producing content to maintain customer interest
- Support the sales team in all communication tool needs
- Participate in team brainstorming meetings on various marketing initiatives
Required skills
- 2 to 3 years' experience in communications/web content (B2B an asset)
- Proven ability to create innovative and captivating content
- Desire to learn and develop new skills
- Attention to detail
- Writes with a journalistic style and delivers impeccable literary content
- Results-oriented
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Bilingualism in spoken and written English and French required
